Seven Seaman High School students received awards today from representatives of the national “Pharmacy is Right for Me” organization for award winning design concepts in a pharmacy science competition.
“Pharmacy is Right for Me” announced two weeks ago that a Seaman High School student team in Don Koon’s Honors Physics class had taken first place in their first ever invitational competition. A second Seaman High School team won third place.
Earlier this afternoon representatives from the organization traveled to Seaman to present prizes, including an iPad Mini for each student on both teams. The first place team also received an all expense-paid trip to Washington D.C. later this spring.
