Two schools teamed up for a 5K run for a six-year-old fighting brain cancer.
The race was held today at Eisenhower Middle School to benefit the family of Karis Selk.
Selk is a kindergartener at Randolph Elementary.
She was diagnosed at the age of five with Medulloblastoma, the most common type of brain cancer.
The event had a fun walk-run, raffle prizes and t-shirt sales.
All proceeds will go to Selk’s family to help cover medical expenses.
