Faculty members at Kansas State University say they are tired of being paid less than their peers at other colleges.

The faculty plans to tell their bosses to stop giving administrators raises before they increase faculty pay.

The average salary is not quite $74,000 a year, which is last in the Big 12, and lowest among similar schools.

Kansas State President, Kirk Schulz says his administration is working on a new salary plan.
