A couple of teachers at Washburn Rural Middle School puckered up Tuesday morning.

Choir Director Mark Fuller and Choir Accompanist Natalie Gallecier each kissed a pig as a reward to students.

The eighth grade chorus competed at the Six Flag Music Festival on Saturday, which they have been preparing for since September.

Fuller promised the students he would kiss a pig if they scored an “I” or superior rating, and Gallecier said she would kiss the pig if the students behaved during the trip.

The students succeeded in both, so the teachers puckered up to show some love to the 90 lb.pig.
