Holder denies knowledge at testimony

A house committee is investigating whether Attorney General Eric Holder lied during a Congressional Testimony earlier this month.  That’s according to several CNN sources.

Holder testified before the House Judiciary Committee on May 15 that he did not know anything about the Justice Department’s investigation of Fox News reporter James Rosen but a DOJ Official said last week that the decision to apply for a search warrant to search Rosen’s private emails and phone records was made at the highest level.
