A fire broke out early this morning at about 12:30 in a woodshop. Mission Township Fire said the fire happened at 5630 SW Lincolnshire Circle in Topeka.

The fire stayed just in the woodshop that was connected to a house. Fire officials said there was some minor smoke damage to the home itself. They’re not sure yet how badly the fire damaged the woodshop.

Two people lived in the house. Luckily they were not injured. Mission Township and Auburn Fire both helped put out the flames.
