Shortly after 8 this morning, Topeka Police were called to a report of a robbery at Capital City Bank, located at 120 SW 6th Ave.
The suspect is described as a black male in his early 30s, 5’7″-5-9″ tall, with an average build.
He was wearing a gray v-neck shirt with a blue stripe near the neckline, black athletic-style shorts, black shoes, a black baseball hat and sunglasses, and was carrying a black bag.
He was last seen fleeing the area westbound on foot.
The suspect did get away with an undisclosed amount of money and no weapon was displayed or indicated during the crime.
