Topeka Police say a man is in jail after he allegedly stabbed a man late Tuesday night.
Around 11:00pm, officers were called to a stabbing at 30th and California.
Officers say they found a man with non-life threatening stab wounds when they arrived.
He was taken to a Topeka hospital.
The victim and witnesses were able to identify the suspect as 22 year old William Guice – who left the scene.
About 30 minutes later, police say they found his car at 23rd and Massachusetts.
He was taken to police headquarters for questioning and booked into jail.
