The Equality House in Topeka isn’t hiding its excitement about the Supreme Court rulings.
The new banner they put up Wednesday morning says, “bye, bye DOMA.”
The pubic charity that lives there, Planting Peace, is known for anti-bullying and supporting LGBT rights.
