TOPEKA, KAN. – The Kansas Lottery today announced the winning ticket number in the Firecracker 50/50 raffle drawing. The holder of the winning ticket will receive a jackpot of $149,360. The winning number is:
The winning ticket must match this number exactly. The winning ticket was sold in northeast Kansas, which includes these 21 counties: Marshall, Nemaha, Brown, Doniphan, Riley, Pottawatomie, Jackson, Atchison, Geary, Wabaunsee, Shawnee, Jefferson, Leavenworth, Wyandotte, Johnson, Osage, Douglas, Franklin, Miami, Morris, and Lyon (northern half).
The Firecracker 50/50 raffle is a “winner takes all” game. A single lucky ticket will win the entire jackpot, which is an amount equal to half of all ticket sales in the game. The Lottery sold 14,936 of the $20 tickets, which brought total sales to $298,720, making the jackpot $149,360.
The winner must retain and present the original ticket to claim the jackpot prize. The holder of the winning ticket has 365 days from today to claim the ticket at Lottery headquarters.
