Goodbye Chantal

Tropical Storm Chantal has fallen apart as she went over the mountainous terrain of Hispanola.  There continues to be a weak circulation but with an unfavorable wind pattern and cool ocean water temperatures, there is only a 20% chance that she will return to tropical storm strength.  We will continue to track some break heavy rain and break gusty winds as they drift towards Florida and Georgia this weekend.  The next named storm will be called Dorian.
