Patriot Outfitters is pleased to announce that it will hold a Grand Opening and Ribbon-Cutting ceremony for its newly constructed corporate headquarters, retail store, and central warehouse facility onsite at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, August 23, 2013.

“We’re happy to introduce our latest accomplishment to the community and those who helped bring this project to fruition,” said business partner Peter Isermann “The ribbon-cutting ceremony for Patriot Outfitters marks the launch of a new era for our company in the St. Mary’s business community.”

Rich Beck, co-owner of Patriot Outfitters, believes that with this new facility, “we will continue to build upon our one-of-a-kind operating platform and will better support Patriot Outfitters’ commitment to deliver the best customer service while supporting our nation’s freedom defenders.  The new building will facilitate our rapidly growing web and retail-location sales, and accommodate the constantly expanding Patriot Outfitters sales and customer service teams.”

Jerry Moran, United States Senator for Kansas, is scheduled to be on hand to offer a few remarks regarding Patriot Outfitters mission and goals and to assist in the ribbon-cutting.

“We’re delighted Senator Jerry Moran has agreed to join our celebration. His commitment to those in military service, veterans, and the welfare of all Kansans makes him a very important and honored guest,” said Miguel Garcia, business partner.

Other guests include United States Congressman Tim Huelskamp, State Representative Richard Carlson, Lyle E. Peterson of the Kansas Department of Commerce, Pottawatomie County Commissioner Gary Yenzer, and many other county and city officials and leaders of the community.  The ceremony will start with an introduction, speeches, ribbon cutting, refreshments and conclude with tours of the facility.

Patriot Outfitters is competing for a 5 year, $8 billion Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support contract, that, if successful, will bring additional jobs to this part of Kansas. The response from the DLA is expected to arrive by the Grand Opening date.
