“It’s not really a dog eat dog competition,” Sophomore QB Daniel Sams said. “Oh I have to do this, because Jake did this type of thing.  We just continue to help each other out. I really feel like whatever guy wins the position our offense is going to be pretty effective.”

“We’re going to work to try to get each other better,” Junior transfer QB Jake Waters said. “If we both work to get each other better, that’s going to make the team better, and make ourselves better. That’s all you can ask for. We’re not trying to one up each other. We’re not trying to give each other a wrong tip, or information. It’s nothing like that.”
