A car that was stolen in Sumner County has been recovered and a Topeka women has been arrested.
Wendy Marie Zirkle was arrested for possession of stolen property and possession of a controlled substance.
A Jackson County Sheriff’s Deputy noticed the car swerving yesterday on U.S. 75 south of Holton.
After checking the car it was reported stolen and deputies discovered what is believed to be a controlled substance inside. Bond for Zirkle is pending.
