Topeka Goodyear employees will continue voting this morning on a new contract.
Members of United Steelworkers local union 307 began casting ballots after several informal meetings yesterday at the Kansas Expocentre Ag Hall.
Voting is also available today from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Union Hall.
Goodyear and its union reached a tentative agreement on July 27, 2013 just hours before the 4 year contract expired.
Final results won’t be known until plants in other cities cast their votes, with the last plant voting on August 22.
