A Topeka man is facing additional charges after Sheriff’s Deputies say he tried to run after his probation was revoked.
Around 1:30 yesterday afternoon, a Shawnee County Court Services Officer says 26 year old Roy Huett ran from the courthouse out of an alarmed emergency exit on the northwest corner of the building.
After a short time, Huett was found in the 600 block of Southwest Harrison.
He was taken into custody and booked into the department of corrections on an arrest letter and as well as felony obstruction.
