Clifford Everitt is a World War II pilot who has been living at Topeka Presbyterian Manor and is on Grace Hospice.

Everitt’s final wish was to fly a plane and today Grace Hospice made his wish become a reality.

Flight instructor Rudy Wrenick took Everitt up today at about 3 this afternoon at Billard Airport.

Everitt’s wish was made a reality through the Topeka Presbyterian Manor’s Dream Team, taking one month to make it happen.

Kansas First News Reporter Cristina Frank was live on the scene and will have details tonight on Kansas First News at 6 and 10.
