(NBC News) A very happy ending to the story of a kidnapped 14 year old girl in Georgia who police say was abducted after a violent home invasion.

Fourteen year old Ayvani Perez was kidnapped from her suburban Atlanta home early Tuesday morning and was found alive Wednesday in a neighboring county.

She was rescued by lawmen ecstatic at the way her ordeal ended.

“She is safe.  She is safe,” said Clayton County Police Chief Greg Porter.

Safe and reunited with family at a local hospital where she’s being evaluated although they say she shows no signs of physical harm.

Now the focus shifts to the people who allegedly kidnapped her.

It all began with a home invasion.

When the girl’s mother couldn’t meet the demands of two intruders wanting money and jewelry they took 14-year-old Perez.

“At this time we have two individuals in custody,” said Rick Maxwell of the FBI.

Those two are a 40 year old Mexican national, Juan Alberto Rodriquez and 29 year old Wildrego Jackson of Atlanta.

The FBI is quick to point out that those two are not the two suspects depicted in police drawings released hours after the kidnapping.

“So, they’re not. We believe those two suspects are still at large,” Maxwell said.

Investigators still won’t talk about motive or whether any of the suspects knew Ayvani Perez family.

They’ll only say that the girl is doing fine.

“She’s in good health. She’s being evaluated as we speak. She’s been reunified with her family,” Chief Porter said.

And she is likely in for more questioning about her abduction.
