TOPEKA, Kan. (KSNT) – There’s good news for a Topeka family who has been stuck in the Ukraine since the recent uprising.
Don and Lisa Jenkins may be able to travel home with their four newly adopted children as early as next Thursday or Friday. Three of their children’s passports have been completed, but the fourth child’s had a problem with an i.d. code. Paperwork has been resubmitted and the Jenkins are confident that the issue has been resolved.
The final passport will likely be printed Monday or Tuesday.
