If the first thing you crave in the morning is pancakes, you’re in luck because it’s National Pancake Day.
IHOPs all over the country will be serving free short stacks of the restaurant’s famous buttermilk pancakes.
IHOP partners with the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals every year to raise money for kids in need of medical treatment.
You can stop by your local IHOP between 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. to grab some pancakes and make a donation.
CMN Hospitals Development Manager Kara White says the money raised at participating IHOPs in northeast Kansas will help children being treated at St. Francis Health.
“It will help kids that are uninsured or under-insured get wheel chair assistance or other equipment that might not be covered fully by insurance, as well as help them maybe travel to get to those specialized care facility that they require if we can’t serve them here at St. Francis,” White said.
Participating IHOP’s in the area include:

2831 W 18th Ave, Emporia, KS 66801
101 Good Food Place, Manhattan, KS 66502
