Person charged in Kwik Shop robbery

A man in custody for allegedly robbing a convenience store has been charged.

Forty-two year old John Zollicoffer has been charged with one count of commercial robbery.

The indictment alleges that he robbed the Kwik Shop at 17th and Topeka Blvd. in Topeka on January 29, 2014.

If convicted, he faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in federal prison.
