Blarney Breakfast brings in big money for Capper Foundation

Nearly 1,000 guests enjoyed a hearty breakfast at the 20th Blarney Breakfast that was held this past Saturday at Texas Roadhouse.

Kansas First News’ own Natalie Davis and Tom Hagen served as Celebrity Wait Staff for the white team. Competition for tips between the Green Team and White team was fierce. The winner of that contest will be announced at the Blarney wrap-up scheduled for next week.

The real winners are the children, teens and adults served at Easter Seals Capper Foundation. Nearly $16,000 was raised to help provide exceptional individualized services so that people with disabilities can reach their full potential.
