TOPEKA — Mark G. Farrell, a nationally recognized expert on problem gambling, is scheduled to speak Thursday at an event sponsored by the Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services and the Kansas Bar Association.

The event, which is free and open to the public, is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. at the Kansas Law Center, 1200 SW Harrison.
