Record-breaking spring break for KCDC

The Kansas Children’s Discovery Center saw record numbers over spring break.

The center says visitors from 113 Kansas communities and more than 20 states stopped by last week.

Tropical island “stay-cation” was the theme and kids could see demonstrations and programs with a Polynesian flare.

This Saturday, the center will hold its 3rd annual Nano-Day event from 11am – 3pm.

Families can explore the science and nano and get hands-on with nano-technology.
