Drug busts in Pottawatomie County result in two arrests

MANHATTAN, Kan. (KSNT) – Two drug busts in the past two weeks have landed two Pottawatomie County residents in jail.

The Sheriff’s Office executed two search warrants in the Wamego area.  On March 11th Sheriff Deputies and the Wamego Police Department served a search warrant at 312 Chestnut. Thirty-eight year old Erica Terabelian of rural Wamego was taken into custody for possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and no drug stamp. Bond was set at $1,500 dollars.  Terabelian has since bonded out of jail.

Two weeks later on March 26th, deputies and Wamego officers served a search warrant at 304 Walnut St. Daniel Pittenger was taken into custody for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and no drug tax stamp.  Bond was set at $1,000 dollars. Pittenger has since bonded out.
