TOPEKA, Kan. – The Topeka RoadRunners were just minutes away from claiming another series sweep in the NAHL playoffs. Instead, the South Division regular season champions tied the game in the 3rd period and won in overtime on a goal by Tyler Gernhofer.

Topeka still leads the NAHL South Division Finals best-of-5 series two games to one.

The RoadRunners received goals from Daniel Rzavsky just six minutes into the contest and then Tyler Poulsen lit the lamp after a minute into the second period.

Game four is Friday night at 7:05 PM at Landon Arena.
