There’s real value in the “Doodle.”
“It’s first of all fun,” says middle school student Christine Jeong.
She draws a lot, so she’s a bit of an expert. You start with an outline, scribble in a few colors and before you know it, your doodle masterpiece could be worth $80,000.
“I was at first like, is that even possible?” she asked.
It’s very possible for this sixth grader, thanks to Google. The website named her drawing, “The Galactic Express,” best in Georgia. It’s her second win in a row at the state level. All drawings are chosen by a blind vote at Google. The win gives her a chance to claim that $80,000 national prize that she missed last year.
