Suspicious death remains unsolved

TOPEKA, Kan. (KSNT) A suspicious death more than four months ago remains unsolved in Shawnee County.

The Sheriff’s Office is again asking for information on the death of George Winter.

Winter was found dead in the road just east of the intersection of southeast Howard Dr. and Croco Rd. on February 15th.

Deputies are looking for a newer model full to mid-sized crew cab truck that is believed to have been in the area around the time the body was discovered.
