(KARE) New audio recordings reveal insight into the mind of a Waseca, Minnesota teenager who alleged a plot to murder his family and bomb his school.
In more than five hours of audio tapes, John David LaDue, age 17, asked police to see a psychiatrist, revealing he had homicidal thoughts since ninth grade.
“I think I might be a sociopath, I don’t know,” said LaDue.
He articulately and eagerly shared his elaborate plans to set off bombs in the hallways inside his high school.
LaDue was arrested on April 29, 2014 after a concerned citizen saw him enter a southern Minnesota storage unit.
