Domestic violence incident results in drug arrests

MANHATTAN, Kan. (KSNT) – A 30-year-old Manhattan man was arrested for drugs after a domestic violence incident between him and two family members. Riley County Police officers arrested Lawrence Rodriguez in the 4300 block of K-38 at about 10 ‘til 3 Monday morning. He faces charges including domestic battery, criminal damage to property, possession of methamphetamine precursors (X2), and possession of opiates, opium or narcotic drugs (X2).

Rodriguez left the scene before police arrived and was later found on K-18.

Forty-four year old Gloria Campbell was also arrested for driving while suspended, possession of opiates, opium, or narcotic drugs, and possession of methamphetamine precursors. Rodriguez was given a total bond of $9,000.00 and Campbell was given a total bond of $4,000.00.
