According to the Kansas Amber Alert website Olivia Smith has been found safe in Texas Early Friday Morning.
Police have two women in custody. They did not say how the girl was found.
TOPEKA (KSNT) – The Kansas Highway Patrol issued an Amber Alert Thursday night for 5 month old Olivia Smith, reported abducted near Cashion, Oklahoma.
Police say Olivia Smith was last seen about 12:215 p.m. July 17th in Kingfisher County near Cashion, Oklahoma.
Smith was last seen in the custody of Cindy Findley.
Findley is described as having a mental condition and made comments about having a vision of the child dying in two days.
At approximately 7:30 p.m., Findley’s vehicle was seen in the panhandle of Oklahoma and is possibly bound for Salt Lake City, Utah.
Her car is described as a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe, Texas license plate BYZ-3364 and is black over brown in color.
