TOPEKA (KSNT) – A rush hour accident Friday morning tied up traffic.

The wreck happened around 7:30 when a semi tractor trailer rolled on its side on the flyover ramp that takes motorists from u.S. 75 to eastbound Interstate 70. The Kansas Department of Transportation says the truck was carrying hams.

The accident caused traffic to be backed up for miles while emergency responders and law enforcement worked the scene.

Traffic was detoured to westbound I-70. No serious injuries were reported.

KDOT reports that the ramp is now open to all traffic and the incident has been cleared.
