MANHATTAN (KSNT) – It was a day of fun for families at the Flint Hills Discovery Center in Manhattan Sunday.
The center celebrated it’s third annual Free Admission Day as a thank you to the local community for their support since the opening in 2012.
The Manhattan Fire Department and the Sunset Zoo were on site with fun, educational activities for children.
Visitors also experienced the Ice Age Imperials Exhibit which answers questions about what life was like in the Flint Hills during the Ice Age.
It runs through September 14th.
