Court date set for man charged with ‘lewd and lascivious’ behavior

HOYT (KSNT) – A man accused of exposing himself to girls at a Hoyt Elementary School has a court date set.

A preliminary hearing for 24-year old Jason Seematter of Wetmore is scheduled for October 23rd.

He’s in jail on a $25,000 bond and was appointed an attorney.

Seematter is charged with two counts of “lewd and lascivious behavior.”

Police say he exposed himself to kids outside a Hoyt Elementary School.

Seematter was arrested after tips from six different counties came in after a photo of his truck was shown in the media.
