Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s Office investigating thefts

POTTAWATOMIE COUNTY (KSNT) – Sheds were the targets of a couple of thefts the Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating.

The first happened between September 26th and October 10th.  Someone entered a shed located at 27185 Highway 24, St. Marys and took 18 Aluminum panels, a roll of chain link fence, a metal cabinet, two wagon wheels welded together, six electrical boxes w/fuses and one extension cord. The total loss was $1,750.

The second happened on October 13th. Someone entered a shed at 7310 Flint Rock road.  They took a 7 inch DeWalt grinder, a Porter Cable tiger saw and an aluminum tractor radiator for a Case-IH MX 120 tractor.  Loss is estimated at under $500.
