TOPEKA (KSNT)- The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office received a report shortly after 8 o’clock, Saturday morning that a horse had fallen into a swimming pool in the 13000 block of 118th Road in Jackson County. The horse reportedly fell through the pool cover and into the pool which was up to 10 feet in depth. The Sheriff’s Office and the Hoyt Fire Department responded to the scene.
The Hoyt Fire Department was able to rescue the horse from the pool. The horse appeared to be uninjured.
