TOPEKA (KSNT) – AAA is predicting a banner year for Thanksgiving holiday travel.
The motor club projects more than 43 million American will travel 50 miles or more from home for the holiday weekend. That’s the highest volume since 2007 and a more than 4 percent increase over last year.
Nearly 90 percent of holiday travelers will be on the road enjoying the lowest gas prices in nearly 4 years.
