TOPEKA (KSNT) – The man arrested for a Thanksgiving Eve stabbing and carjacking was indicted on federal charges Wednesday in Topeka.
Thirty-one year old Raymond Ryan Campa is charged with one count of carjacking, which is a federal offense.
Campa is accused of taking 65 year old Ken Gorman on an alleged test drive on November 26th, then stabbing him repeatedly before driving off with the car, a 2014 Chevy Impala. Gorman was taken to a local hospital in critical condition, but has since recovered and been released.
Campa as arrested by Topeka police December 4th.
If convicted, he faces up to 25 ears in federal prison and a fine of up to $250,000.
