Five-star recruit Cheick Diallo commits to Kansas

TOPEKA (KSNT) – Just once month after the college basketball season came to an end for the Kansas Jayhawks, Bill Self will have a new weapon to replace Cliff Alexander at the center position. 6’9″, 220lb Cheick Diallo announced via Twitter on Tuesday that he would be playing college basketball at the University of Kansas.

@cheick_diallo13 – “I’m kansas Jayhawks Bound. Thank you all for the support 💯🏀💪🏼 C’est LA Vie”.

Diallo was the MVP of the 2015 McDonald’s All-American Game. He scored 18 points and collected 10 rebounds.
