MANHATTAN (KSNT) – Those in Manhattan looking to unload their old furniture were given the opportunity on Friday.
This is the seventh annual Furniture Amnesty Day.
The City of Manhattan joined with Hands On K-State to give residents a safe place to discard their furniture.
It’s meant to help stop furniture pilling up in the streets during the busy time when college students are moving out.
That way – anyone can get rid of their furniture….without consequences.
