TOPEKA (KSNT) – According to the Centers for Disease Control, a salmonella outbreak in 11 states is linked to raw tuna in sushi.
The Osamu Corporation has issued two voluntary recalls of tuna sold to restaurants and grocery stores.
The CDC said at least 62 cases of salmonella are linked to raw tune. Eleven people were hospitalized. Most of the people who got sick said they ate raw tuna in sushi within a week of feeling ill.
