DENVER (KSNT) — People lined up at the Denver Botanic Gardens to see a beautiful but smelly flower.

The rare Corpse Flower named Stinky bloomed for the first time in 15 years.

The Corpse Flower blooms only every couple decades for a little over 48 hours.

It’s known for its unpleasant odor. The potent smell is used to attract its primary pollinator, the carrion beetle.

The Botanic Gardens has a 24-hour camera on the plant. Check it out!
