Man tries to break record bicycling across Kansas

(KSNT) – A Kansas man trying to break a world record finished his trek across the state.

Ashton Lambie is looking to become the fastest man to bike across Kansas.

He finished Friday morning in Kansas City just after 8:00 am.

Lambie left the Colorado-Kansas border around 8:15 am Thursday.

His total time was 23 hours and 53 minutes.

The current record holder took 30-hours to bike the length of Kansas.

However, Lambie’s crew is awaiting for an official ruling.

He thanked all his supporters on his twitter account @sunflowerbike after completing the challenge.
