Tracking a stretch of dry and sunny weather

Clouds will decrease throughout the area tonight as temperatures fall back into the middle 10s.

Highs on New Year’s Eve Day will reach only into the middle 30s, then once again fall back into the middle 10s by Friday morning. Certainly, a cold start to the new year.

Highs on New Year’s Day will make the middle 30s before we warm back into the lower 40s this weekend.
