Winds will remain southerly overnight as rain spreads into the area. Low temperatures will remain in the middle to upper 30s, so no concern of icing overnight.
Highs will climb into the middle 40s for Thursday with occasional rain. Rain showers should be light to moderate with much of the area picking up between 0.25″ and 0.50″ of rainfall.
Behind the system, colder air will spread in for the weekend and early next week. There are some indications of light snow for Friday night into Saturday morning. At this point, the snow looks to be mainly near and north of I-70. We’ll continue to track that potential as it is still several days away.
