Driver identified in Seaman tennis court truck crash

TOPEKA (KSNT) — The Shawnee County Sheriff’s Department are now ready to release the identity of the driver who crashed into a storage area in the Seaman High School tennis complex. Richard W. Norris, of Topeka, was driving a 2009 Nissan Titan and crashed into the high school grounds.

Shawnee County Sheriff’s Public Information Officers said the circumstances surrounding the incident are still under investigation, but the preliminary investigation indicates that the 52 – year-old driver may have suffered a medical issue.
