Items worth $25K stolen from Olsburg barn

OLSBURG, Kan. (KSNT) — The Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a burglary and theft that took place in a barn this week.

The barn is in the area of Burklund Ravine Road and K-16, which is in rural Olsburg. We have provided the location on Google Maps below.

The victim says the the incident took place sometime between Monday and Tuesday. They say that a person they don’t know, or possibly more than one person, entered the barn and took three things: A Bobcat S175 skid loader, a Land Pride Z54 zero turn mower, and a 5×10 utility trailer.

Those items have a total value of $25,000.

The Bobcat has tires, not tracks, and is described as being white and orange in color with a black flat blade bucket on the front. The Land Pride mower is described as being black in color with a wood floor and mesh drop down loading ramp.
