With the bulk of the rain pushing through the region by late tonight, we should manage to squeeze in a pretty decent weekend for Northeast Kansas. Lows tonight in the upper 40s to lower 50s as temperatures hold fairly steady through the night. Areas of showers and storms will again move through mainly before 6:00am.
By Saturday, we will dry out from south to north through the morning with southwest winds returning at 10-20mph. Highs will climb back into the lower 60s north to upper 60s south.
Cooler, cloudy weather returns on Sunday with north winds 10-15mph and a slight chance for showers. Highs Sunday only in the upper 50s to near 60. However, a big warm-up is just around the corner for the week ahead.
