Former Shocker Ron Baker signs with New York

NEW YORK (KSNT) – Ron Baker is the next Kansas native to sign with an NBA team.

Announced early on Monday, the New York Knicks has signed the former Wichita State Shocker to the team.

The contract includes a partially guaranteed deal, which means he’ll have to do work in training camp to try and make a roster spot.

Baker played for the Knicks in the Orlando Summer League where we averaged 14 points and 5.6 rebounds
