Early morning robbery at Kwik Shop in Topeka

TOPEKA (KSNT) —  Officers are searching for a man who robbed a gas station in Topeka.

Police arrived at the Kwik Shop at 17th Street and Topeka Boulevard early Friday morning around 2 a.m.

They learned a black man with a stun gun who was wearing a dark hoodie, gray pants, and a dark mask covering his face robbed the gas station. He had been demanding money from the employees.

He is described as being 5 feet 8 inches tall and of medium build.

The suspect took money from the gas station and ran away. Police found the spot where they believe the man had a car waiting. The Department said they are still investigating.
